A Hellsing Organization strike team travels to Rio de Janeiro to seekand destroythe vampire-breeding Nazis of Millennium, only to find themselves labeled as international terrorists, a fiction perpetrated by Brazilian officials in exchange for Millenniums promise of immortality.
